Author Interview with Les Hansom

An interview with Les Hansom – author of Nothing Without a Woman

Q. What was your first job?

I was a mechanic working on trucks and vans.  This is when I used to get my hands physically dirty.

Q. What are the most important components that go into making good erotic fiction?

In my opinion (and this will be questioned by many) good erotica needs to be pretty real, and not full of flowery, nonsensical rubbish like the type you’d find in the pages of D. H. Lawrence’s work.  This was all right in late 19th, early 20th century but it has no place now.  Nor should erotica be something out of a James Bond movie.  I enjoy the humour and reality of sex.
